Do you only work with residential homes?
Not at all! We also style corporate buildings, office entryways, and commercial properties. Feel free to select from one our packages or reach out for custom options.
What about delivery?
We offer free delivery within 9 miles of our Lancaster studio. If you're a little farther out, we offer extended delivery up to 15 miles for a small fee. Outside that range? Reach out and we'll see if we can work some pumpkin magic to make it happen.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
You do not need to be home for delivery. Just ensure your porch is clear and accessible — we’ll style everything with care and send a photo once it’s complete!
When will my porch be decorated?
Choose your preferred delivery week at package selection. We’ll confirm your exact date via email the week prior. While we can’t guarantee specific days, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. And keep in mind, a little rain won’t stop us! We’ll still deliver, but we’ll aim for a dry window if possible.
How long will my pumpkin display last?
Your display can last 3–12 weeks, depending on weather and placement. Keep pumpkins cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight to extend their life.
Do you treat pumpkins to keep animals away?
We don’t treat them, but a light sprinkle of cayenne pepper is a safe, effective deterrent. You’re also welcome to use commercial repellents if desired.
Note: Pumpkins treated with deterrents are not eligible for our Earth-Friendly Porch Pick Up.
What happens to my pumpkins after the season?
If you select our Earth-Friendly Porch Pick Up Add-On, we'll return at the end of the season to collect your pumpkins for a small fee. Pickups are limited and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, typically occurring before or after Thanksgiving depending on your request and our availability. You don’t need to be home for pickup.
Note: We only remove untreated, uncarved, unpainted pumpkins and hay. And please dipsose of decaying pumpkins separately.
Can I pay with cash or check?
Yes! We accept credit cards, cash, or checks. Just let us know your preference when booking.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. If you need to transfer your package to another person or address, just email us. Transfers must be used within the same season and do not roll over to the following year.
