All Sales are Final
Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Order Changes and Cancellations

Before Delivery: If you need to change your order or delivery week, please contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled delivery window.

After Delivery: We cannot accommodate changes or cancellations once your display has been installed.
Damaged or Defective Products
We carefully select and arrange each pumpkin for quality and appearance. However, pumpkins are a natural product and may have slight imperfections. We do not guarantee the lifespan or durability of pumpkins once delivered, and we are unable to replace items that become damaged after installation.
Package Transfers
If you’re unable to accept your delivery, you may transfer your package to another person or address within our delivery area. Transfers must be used within the same season and cannot be rolled over to the following year.
End-of-Season Pick-Up
If you’ve selected our Earth-Friendly Porch Pick Up Add-On, please note that we only remove uncarved, unpainted pumpkins and hay. We do not pick up carved, painted, or decaying pumpkins.
